There were two gas stations in cities across Lauderdale County selling regular gas at the lowest price of $2.79 per gallon in the week ending Aug. 31, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.
The average reported cost of regular gas in cities within Lauderdale County was $2.94 per gallon.
Of the 61 reported gas stations in cities within Lauderdale County, 27 offer regular gas.
The average reported price of regular gas in Alabama was $2.93, compared to $2.98 the week before.
