Last night we had the honor of feeding a steak dinner to some special American heroes. This was our 4th year working Wishes For Warriors and Seven Springs Lodge to serve these guys. Special thanks to Foodland Plus in Muscle Shoals for help providing the steaks, Ben Gotcher and Ryan Kennedy for grilling, Junior Riner for potatoes and fixings, Janna Edgin for green beans, Leah Perry, Kathy Gotcher, Karen Crow and staff of the Colbert County Extension office for the delicious desserts.
