Congratulations Leadership Shoals Class 33!
Leadership Shoals was created to engage established leaders across The Shoals in conversation that promotes pro-business decision-making, collaboration across industry, and mutual understanding of problems and priorities facing our community. This mission is accomplished through programming that increases exposure of the comprehensive culture of The Shoals and demonstrates the region’s commitment to diversity, quality of life, economic development, entrepreneurship, and growth.
Through Leadership Shoals, we hope to further conversations regarding the growth and potential of our area. Each of these leaders, from manufacturing to banking to real estate, are decision-makers for our community and we cannot wait to witness the discussions and critical-thinking that will benefit these leaders and The Shoals. This is the first year in Leadership Shoals we will partner with the UNA Center For Learning & Professional Development to offer a 12-hour Leadership Certificate during the program that will challenge these leaders to problem-solve, diversify strategy, and assess strengths.
This class holds so much potential and we cannot wait to witness all that they will accomplish through their program!
