This second week of April is National Public Safety Telecommunications Week, dedicated to honoring the amazing men and women of 911. The voices you hear, but the faces you rarely see. These public servants are the most selfless, most dedicated group. We are proud of the work they accomplish each and every day for our citizens and emergency responders. This week they have received gifts, recognition, meals, and treats from many thoughtful individuals and agencies throughout Lauderdale County. Thank you to everyone who participated in making this such a special week for all of our 911 Telecommunicators!
