Florence-Lauderdale Public Library recently issued the following announcement.

Description: "Book a Tree" Take and Make kits will have all you need to make a charming Christmas tree from a paperback book. The kit includes not just the paperback book, but 8 buttons, multi-color string ribbon, and a pompom. Once you see how cute your tree is, you'll want to make a set. We have that covered, too. Come by the Friends Bookstore, located off the library's lobby, and buy special bags of books put together with this project in mind. Kits are limited and are first come first served, or reserve a kit by emailing adults@flpl.org.
